PROOF POSITIVE!

Big Kudo's (or should I say little?) go out to Lindsay Carlson, who for many months hovered at 148-150 pounds, checked in at 112 last October and hasn't looked back. You can see for yourself by clicking through our blog's Picture Show. She's the beaming bicep poser. Lindsay was a classic case client who gained mega fitness through her training sessions, but couldn't seem to get the weight down. She'd ask where we thought the problem was, only to hear what most would rather not, which is "We can't out-train a bad diet." When asked how she finally got her body fat down, she replied "Just had to bag the wine and cheese and crap like that on the weekends. Once I got control of my Saturdays and Sundays, the rest of the week was a easy." Her workouts included 2 interval based strength circuits per week and 20-50 minutes of cardio 6-7 days per week.
